OUR BUSINESS ASSESSMENT FRAMEWORK
Our robust 360accel Business & Performance Improvement (BPI) assessment framework was initially developed in 2007 to perform comprehensive due diligence assessments and analyses of private equity investment opportunities. The comprehensive BPI framework covers 30 key business categories, 120 sub-categories, and 1,000+ key analysis points (KAPs).
Over the last decade we have adapted and enhanced the framework and created a variety of focused process modules that help organizations efficiently and effectively assess core business elements and chart current positioning and trajectory against core strategic growth drivers.
